# How to use DevHub

A Step-by-Step Guide to Posting and Completing Bounties

## Create Bounties

1. Click “Create Bounty” on your dashboard.
2. Define Requirements: Describe the task, skills required, and expected outcome.
3. Set the Reward: Enter the amount you wish to pay in your preferred cryptocurrency.
4. Add Attachments: Include any reference files or documents.
5. Set Deadlines: Choose a completion date and milestones if needed.
6. Publish: Your bounty will be live for hunters to join.

## Managing Bounties

**• Overview Bounties:** See who joined your bounties and interact directly with hunters.

**• Approve Submissions:** Review hunters’ work and approve if it meets your criteria.

**• Resolve Disputes:** If issues arise, our dispute resolution system will mediate.

## Finding Bounties

1. **Browse Categories:** Find work that matches your skills.
2. **Use Filters:** Sort by reward amount, deadline, or tags.
3. **Set Alerts:** Receive notifications for new bounties in your preferred categories.

## Submitting Work

1. **Complete the Task:** Follow the client’s requirements carefully.
2. **Upload Your Submission:** Submit files or links through the platform.
3. **Communicate with Clients:** Use our private chat feature to clarify any doubts.

## Getting Paid

1. **Rewards:** Once approved, payments are released to your wallet.
2. **Handling Rejections:** Address client feedback and resubmit if necessary.
3. **Dispute Resolution:** If disagreements occur, bounties will be flagged while our dedicated team members will step in and ensure fair mediation.
